Handwoven vintage poncho from Peru. Fine and densely woven stripes in natural wool colors - coffee & chocolate browns, cream - and stripes of bright pink. Textile measures 53” in width and 57” in length (28.5” when pulled over the head and worn). This authentic poncho was handwoven for practical use, not for the tourist industry. It shows some occasional marks of handwork and daily wear.
