Handwoven vintage poncho from Peru. Subtle striping occurs in naturally colored yarn - a rich caramel brown. Black and white stripes at outer edges. Textile measures 47” in width and 53” in length (26.5” when pulled over the head and worn). This authentic poncho was handwoven for practical use, not for the tourist industry. It shows some occasional marks of handwork and daily wear.
